Righteousness

Righteousness means to be without fault or guilt or blame.
Its the ability to stand without inferiority.
The Scriptures declare there is none righteous.
Romans 3:10-12 (KJV)
10 [As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one:] 11
[There is none that understandeth, there is none that seeketh
after God.] 12 [They are all gone out of the way, they are
together become unprofitable; there is none that doeth good,
no, not one.]
This is so because we are dealing with God.
He is perfect perfect.As our maker we can't impress Him.
Nothing is right in His eyes except what He is,does and says.
Romans 3:19-20 (KJV)
19 [Now we know that what things soever the law saith, it saith
to them who are under the law: that every mouth may be
stopped, and all the world may become guilty before God.] 20
[Therefore by the deeds of the law there shall no flesh be
justified in his sight: for by the law ] is[ the knowledge of sin.]
This is the basis for salvation.
Romans 3:23-25 (KJV)
23 For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God; 24
[Being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that
is in Christ Jesus:] 25 [Whom God hath set forth ] to be[ a
propitiation through faith in his blood, to declare his
righteousness for the remission of sins that are past, through
the forbearance of God;]
Only God will take the glory.
1 Corinthians 1:29-31 (KJV)
29 [That no flesh should glory in his presence.] 30[But of him
are ye in Christ Jesus, who of God is made unto us wisdom,
and righteousness, and sanctification, and redemption:] 31
[That, according as it is written, He that glorieth, let him glory
in the Lord.]
We shall only be justified on His own terms. This means we
shall be declared unrighteous and no good on our own and by
ourselves.
This makes it obvious that righteousness with and before Him
will never be as a result of our efforts, deeds or achievements.
It MUST be given to us by Him.
This is the ONLY way He will accept us.
Ephesians 1:6-7 (KJV)
6 [To the praise of the glory of his grace, wherein he hath
made us accepted in the beloved.]
It must be by Grace.
Nothing more, Nothing less.
If we don't accept this, we live, exist, and eventually leave the
earth as none righteous before Him.
And when Judgment will be meted out, we will be found fully
guilty and sentenced to eternal punishment.
Not because we were worse off than the rest of humanity, but
because we refuse(d) to accept we weren't different from
every and any other.
Because to God, Only His Own works will satisfy Him- The
sacrifice of His Son.

as the ONLY basis of standing before God as blameless and
